How do I know which facial is right for me?
Start with a free skin consult. Your esthetician will assess your skin and concerns in person, then recommend the best match. Different issues need different treatments — we make sure you get the one that actually works for your goal.
Can I combine facials or add treatments?
Yes. Many clients layer treatments for faster results. For example, microneedling + exosomes for advanced scarring, or VI Peel + PRP for deep pigmentation. We'll map this out during your consult.
How much downtime do I have?
HydraFacial and enzyme facials have zero downtime — you leave glowing and ready for your day. Chemical peels (VI Peel) have 3–7 days of mild flaking. Microneedling and RF have 24 hours of light redness. We'll give you realistic expectations before you book.
When will I see results?
You'll see immediate glow after most facials — that's the hydration and circulation. Real skin changes (clearer pores, faded spots, tighter texture) show within 1–2 weeks and improve over weeks 2–4 with consistent aftercare.
Do all facials work for sensitive skin?
No. HydraFacial and enzyme facials are gentler. Chemical peels and microneedling need caution on sensitive or reactive skin. Tell us about your sensitivities during booking — we'll either adjust the treatment or recommend a better option.
