About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of yoursela.com (the “Site”) and the memberships, bookings, and services you arrange through it. The Site is operated by Sela Health (“Sela,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 2116 Frederick Douglass Blvd, New York, NY. By using the Site or purchasing a membership or service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, book services, or become a member. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.

Information on the Site is not medical advice
The Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and reading it or contacting us through it does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship begins only when you have been seen by a Sela clinician and registered as a patient.
Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something on the Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Please do not use the Site, email, or social media to report urgent symptoms.

Services and clinical care
Sela offers medical and aesthetic services in person at our Harlem clinic, including bloodwork and wellness exams, facials, injectables, IV therapy, lymphatic drainage massage, laser hair removal, colon hydrotherapy, hormone therapy, body contouring, and weight management. Availability varies, and not every service is right for every person.
A licensed clinician decides whether a service or treatment is appropriate for you based on your history, screening, and lab results. We may decline, change, or stop a service for safety reasons.
Some services require intake forms, consent forms, or lab work before treatment. Those forms control the clinical relationship and take priority over these Terms for clinical matters.
Results vary from person to person. Descriptions, statistics, and client stories on the Site, including statements about symptom improvement, reflect past experiences and are not promises or guarantees of any result.

Booking and appointments
You can book through links on the Site that take you to our scheduling provider, Zenoti, or other booking tools we may use. Those platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Please give accurate contact details and arrive on time. Our appointment policy is: [cancel or reschedule at least ___ hours before your appointment; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged $___ or the full service price]. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment if a provider is unavailable or for safety reasons, and will offer you a new time or a refund of any prepayment.

Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the Site, including “from” prices, are starting prices and may change. The price you are charged is the one shown at booking or confirmed by our team.
The Wellness Exam is $200 per the Site. It is described as eligible for HSA and FSA payment, but eligibility depends on your plan, so please confirm with your plan administrator.
Bloodwork is billed through your insurance. We cannot guarantee coverage or a $0 balance. You are responsible for any amount your insurer does not cover.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for services, memberships, fees, and applicable taxes.

Memberships
What is included. A Sela membership is $169 per month. As described on the Site, it includes a Wellness Exam and bloodwork in the first month, one service each month chosen from [facial, IV drip, colonic, lymphatic massage, or other eligible service], member pricing on other services and injectables, priority booking, and access to a dedicated care team. Eligible services and benefits may change with notice.
Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged on the same date each month until you cancel. By joining, you agree to this recurring charge.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. There is no annual contract and no cancellation fee. To cancel, [describe method: online in your Zenoti account, by emailing ___, or at the front desk]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your benefits until then. [Confirm: unused monthly services do not roll over.]
Refunds. Membership fees already charged are not refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause your benefits, or end your membership.
Price changes. We may change the membership price or benefits by giving you at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

Messages
If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about appointments, memberships, and your account. With your separate consent, we may also send marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing at any time by following the instructions in the message or replying STOP to a text. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Site in violation of any law or to infringe anyone’s rights
Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information
Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
Introduce malware or send spam through the Site

Intellectual property
The Site and its text, graphics, images, logos, design, and other content belong to Sela or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. “Sela” and our logos are our marks.

Reviews and feedback
Testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences and opinions of individual clients, may be shortened, and do not predict your results. If you send us a review, comment, or other feedback, you give Sela a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it, and we will ask before publishing your full name or identifying details.

Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and services, including booking pages and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Using them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sela and its owners, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for professional negligence or malpractice in the provision of clinical care, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Sela and its personnel against claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after that means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end your access to the Site or your membership if you breach these Terms.

General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any consent forms you sign, are the entire agreement between you and Sela regarding the Site. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, but we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
