This Women’s History Month, we are creating space for informed conversation, embodied healing, and community care. Join us for a special afternoon centered on reproductive health, education, and wellness.

The experience will include a thoughtful panel moderated by @kayalinsoleia, CEO & Founder of Sela Health, featuring Dr. Bernadith Russell, OBGYN, alongside an @oulahealth Midwife @itssierrasimone offering insight into the full continuum of reproductive care. Guests will also move through art therapy and breathwork, complemented by immersive healing sounds by @noirhathorsounds to support grounding and restoration.
